I’ve first shared the new page in Google+ without any problem. After that I still get a 404 Page not found in Facebook.

I don’t think it was a hickup. I tried it again but without success. Then renamed the autodescription folder. Unzipped and FTP-ed the file and after everything was up and running again I removed the old folder.

It’s looks good so far but still curious why it wouldn’t updates. Thanks for the quick replies!

There’s an issue with the way the domainname is resolved when you’re not using www. I hardcoded my domain in EmailNotifications.php as a workaround. The author is aware of this issue and said he’ll solve this.

Just migrated with SEO Data Transporter from Yoast to The SEO Framework. Very easy and so far everything looks okay. I only had to upload my new sitemap.xml in Google webmastertools.

Highly recommended indeed!

Louis, Thanks for recommending The SEO Framework and the SEO Data Transporter. Although The SEO Framework is new plugin, it seems already to be a serious competitor.

Had the same issue.

I deactivated Yoast SEO and after I actived it again it regenerated my sitemaps.

According the Google webmasters tool everything is fine now.

I totally agree. I was a Yoast SEO fan too, but they’ve lost a lot of credit. Others may say they’ve lost their mind…

Getting support or even a reaction from the Yoast team here? The sticky post on top of this forum says: “The chance that you’ll get an answer from anyone from the Yoast team is relatively small.” In other words they ignore you until you use the paid version.

In the past they answered to some of my tweets, but since 3.x they ignore these too.

Yoast SEO 3 is not mature yet. I’m currently able to use it again since my provider increased my memory from 128 to 256 MB, but it’s still not good.

Rolling back to 2.3.5 is indeed an option, but is it safe? I’m not sure.

The All In One SEO pack maybe an alternative. Yoast has/had(?) an option to import from AIOSEO but as far as I know there’s no AIOSEO option to import from Yoast.

Had the same issue.

Deleting configCache.php file in wp-content/plugins/wordfence/tmp/configCache.php worked for me too.

WFMattR, must have been someting on the server indeed. Made a support call and although they said “everthing is running fine” suddenly all cron jobs started again.

Found out that more cron task did not ran anymore. Made a support call to my provider. They said everything was running fine, but now all cron jobs are running again…

WFMattR, thanks for the reply. I did test cron by publishing a post 15 minutes in the future and that worked fine.

Wordfence manual scan also finish correctly, but I also found out that my weekly scheduled backup isn’t running anymore.

So this seems to be a cron issue on my server, right? I’ve made a support call to my hosting provider too. Hope they can help me out.
