I got this sorted out. The plugin is really good. BTW

I DID open a ticket. I got this response…

“The pre-filter feature is only available in the pro-version. The filter option you have shown is only javascript based filtering. True server side filtering is available only in pro version (using Triggers and Actions)”

I have the pro version and I submitted a ticket. I get the same response from them as I get from you.

Where do I open a ticket?

Update: When I go to https://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and reset my password I get a link sent to me and then I follow it everything works great.
