I am in the process of moving an older WordPress site to an upgraded plan with my server to allow for more features (The old plan would not allow me to upgrade to a newer version of WordPress). I loaded the new version of WordPress onto the new site – NO PROBLEM. Everything seemed to be working fine including accessing the dashboard. I updated the NEW database with the old database, and uploaded the old files from the Old Site. I changed the ‘wp-config.php’ file with the necessary info. All my pages are now coming up blank and I can no longer access the dashboard. Can someone help me?
