I doubt there are other plugins able to do this.

You are using an old version of the plugin.

The problem comes from a bug which has been fixed in one of the last versions.

Just update to the last version of the plugin and everything will be ok again.

I’ve just installed version 3.9 of the plugin on a WP site and tried to reproduce your issue. However, the corner button did not show up as expected.

Are you using the last version of the plugin. I’m asking because there was a bug that prevented the meta box to show up and this bug has been fixed 5 months ago.

Hello, I’ve fixed this issue in the last version (version 3.9 of the free plugin and version 2.9 of the pro plugin). Hope all is fine now with this issue.

Hello, yes, sure, we will implement such nice feature. Right now, it’s not available.

Both free version of the plugin on WP site and pro version on WebArtisan.ch website have been upgraded with the bug fix.

Thus, the plugin metabox should now appear in admin edit and admin new pages in any circumstances.

Found the bug. Working on fixing it.

The bug appears when you have a path to the HTML root directory after the website URL.

For example: https://www.site.com/root/

On such a site with such an address, the plugin metabox does not appear in admin edit pages.

Could not reproduce the bug:

I’ve installed a new 4.6.1 WordPress site from scratch:

https://free.webartisan.ch
https://free.webartisan.ch/wp-admin ( ID: admin / PWD: 123456 )

I’ve then installed our free Soundy Audio Playlist plugin.

And everything worked fine.

The plugin metabox option appeared in all “Edit Page” admin pages as well as in the “New Page” admin page.

What am I doing differently from you ?

Sure, I’d like to fix this bug but I could not reproduce it so far.

Maybe it depends on the used theme.

Soundy Audio Playlist has to be enabled in the page where you want to use the plugin.

1. Edit the page.

2. Go to the Soundy Audio Playlist metabox

3. Go to the General Tab (the first tab)

4. Click on Yes radio button for the option “Enable Soundy Audio Playlist”

5. Update the page.

Yes, you can use the two following shortcodes:

[sdy_pl title] Inserts the title of the playing soundtrack. Updated when soundtrack changes.

[sdy_pl button_play_pause] Inserts the Play/Pause button.

No, this is not possible. Nothing has been done for this purpose.
