I deactivated all plugins except Open Tickets plugins (I have the premium version) and the problem persisted. I then deactivated Open Tickets plugins and the issue disappeared. I then reactivated all the Open Tickets plugins and everything is still working. So now I have all plugins active, same as I did originally, and there are no issues. I am hesitant to purchase the premium version because I do not want the issue to return. If the issue returns is this something you would help resolve.
