After removing the current Google Drive settings, you’ll need to re-setup Google Drive remote storage, click the sign-in to Google Drive button and make sure you are logged in to the correct Google Drive account.

Under UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > Include in files backup section do you see plugins, themes, uploads and other ticked?

By default, UpdraftPlus stores backups in the “wp-content/updraft” folder. Please check this location to see if your backup is still available.

It looks like you are using the premium version of the plugin. Since this forum is dedicated to the free version of UpdraftPlus, please submit a new ticket using this link.

The UpdraftPlus free version doesn’t support subfolders in Dropbox. It stores all backups in a single folder, so backups from all your sites will show up on each site’s Updraft admin page. That’s why you’re seeing those extra backups.
To fix this, you could upgrade to the premium version and you can manually create subfolders in Dropbox for each site and move the backups there.

Can you try to click on the “Rescan local/remote” storage link to update the backup list?

If the “Delete local backup” option has already been enabled but cannot delete something maybe wrong with the process.
To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.Best Wishes,

If you cannot access your WP dashboard you can use this guide to restore your website.
Alternatively, you can restore everything from scratch. Here’s our guide for that.

UpdraftPlus only needs to create the zip file first and send it to your remote storage.
Make sure to enable the “Delete local backup” option so UpdraftPlus auto deletes backup when sent to your remote storage.
