In reply to: Featured Image Option DisappearedThank you Clarion, that option was not displaying at all – it couldn’t BE clicked as it wasn’t there – and as I’d said, it WAS on another site with the same theme.
I did however find it, though I don’t understand how it could have happened. In theme functions a line of code was missing that allows the function to display on the post options.
“add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’ );”

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] PHP.INIThank you so much for the clarification. Sounds like an extra layer of protection and a lot of additional effort on your part, so thanks for that too. I will read thru the link as time permits and try to implement it. Will check in if I run into any issues.
Thanks again! (waves) xo
Might have been the way that I read “a bad crawler using AWS” mountainguy – not sure. Either way, was just trying to tell jms1017, that WF works pretty well “out of the box” and watching it has the potential to drive you crazy and take away years off of your life lol
I agree with mountainguy2, that it seems as though you’re at the beginning of the learning curve – though I disagree that everything from AWS is bad. You might want to allow Wordfence to do what it does best and not get overly concerned with bots unless they’re scraping your site, or bottle necking your bandwidth or traffic.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Optimize JavaScript Code breaks site since updateI dont know which plugin is writing that and the only someone I have working on this is me – and you … if you know, and let me know, I’ll pull it through ftp and look at it –
Regarding the plugin, I disabled the html – and the error is gone again.
However, its the Optimize JavaScript Code option that initially broke, and also the one that Pagespeed needs the most .. without causing the gaps (lol)
round and round we go ..
Have to go to bed, its morning here – will catch up with you tomorrow.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Optimize JavaScript Code breaks site since updatethe same one that you brought to my attention with the Java Console?
It went away when I disabled the plugin – you said to reinstall and re-enable the plugin and turn on html and css but not the java – I did that and when I did, the java console error returned.

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Optimize JavaScript Code breaks site since updateNo, the Java error is back – the gaps only come back if I enable the Java Script option… I did as you said above and enabled the html and the css.

I’ve tried to replicate the JS error you received and can’t.
I ran the site through https://validator.w3.org/ and just getting some relatively trivial formatting warnings. Not sure what it was or is.
