It is resolved now, I spoke to GoDaddy which helped me out-shout out to them! But it turns out my site was hacked and they put files in that I cannot get out so I will have to rebuild, or pay to get my site scrubbed. Thanks a lot hackers!

where is wp-config.php located so I make sure not to delete it, is it in includes, admin, content???

i wish i could send a screenshot so you can see what my arrangement looks like in godaddys file manager, I think I have it organized wrong???

then re-transfer with filezilla?

do I delete them ie. everything but config and content-in the file manager on godaddy?
