Step 1 and 2 done.

Step 3; I only have one page so it’s listed, I click on select all. But once returned, I don’t see my page listed and so there is no short code I can generate.

This doesn’t work, I only have one Facebook page, and now I don’t seem to be able to create a new token. My page still doesn’t appear in the list, even when I tick ??all pages??.
