My apologies on the site being blocked; it is for a local Legislature so we have all non-US access limited. I usually turn that off for situations like this, but I forgot to in this case.

I’m running Version 1.6.120 of Mesmerise Companion and Version: 1.6.137 for the Mesmerise Pro theme. Same spinning “Please wait, this might take a little while” message and nothing happens. I can’t edit my site.

I’m in the same situation as you. I’m going to have to entirely rebuild the site with a different theme – and I paid for Mesmerize Pro!

Thanks, @macmanx but WP does indeed include that functionality. I found my solution at https://www.isitwp.com/track-post-views-without-a-plugin-using-post-meta/ By adding that code, I am able to view the page visits all the way back to when the site was deployed.

Count me in as a vote for the name field, and other customizable fields. I’d like to use the plugin, but due to that lack of functionality, I can’t.

Here is a screenshot showing the folders existence. If you look along the top row the parent folders are accessible, but none of the subfolders are listed. So I cant get into them to edit their contents.

Yes, they are. I have it running using MAMP on my localhost; everything is writable. I’m able to upload without any issues – the site just doesn’t give me the options to edit anything after uploading.

I found out what the issue is – the plugin Adblock Plus prevents the icons from displaying. Once I disabled it, they now appear.

You don’t need a shortcake or anything like that. After activating this plugin, on the page you want to add this to, create a gallery like you normally would in WordPress using the Media button then Create Gallery (upper left). Save the page, and then view it.

It seems odd that I’d have to pay someone to add back the basic functionality is part of WordPress. The Posts page is not the home page, this theme has a special slider-style page as the homepage (which is what appealed to me).

When I change to another theme such as TwentySixteen the posts are displayed correctly.
