Hi, I’d like to know how to actually disable it. There is only the option to disable from the admin bar. Essential Addons > Tools> “Show Quick Tools in Admin Bar?” Sure disable from the admin bar, but does this mean it’s fully disabled? I do not want a clash with my other cache plugin.

Sorry yes I did this @iframe and tested it. Still blocks my login name. I added my static IP to the whitelist but that didn’t work either. I’ve given up. Something is wrong with my login for some reason. I will have to create a new one.

Ok so hosting provider says Wordfence is separate issue from SEM blacklisting. They suggested I uninstall and reinstall Wordfence, which I have already done. But the problem persists because Wordfence remembers all my information. I need to completely wipe it. Someone please help me with this! I am so frustrated.
As for the SEM listing, my hosting provider says it’s only because my domain is new and to just wait. I don’t see how the listing is a problem as of yet.

Thanks @iframe I will get in touch with my hosting provider again regarding the SEM listings. As for changing the Wordfence folder name, I’ve done that and looked at the reasons it blocked me. As stated above, Wordfence states my login name is invalid and blocks me as spam. However under my previous domain, the same login name had no issue with Wordfence. Since changing my domain name, my login name is recognized as spam.

Thanks @iframe – Spoke to my host and because it’s a new domain, it was listed as spam under something called Sem Fresh. But this is lifted after 5 days for some reason.
I still believe there is something else happening with Wordfence as my pervious domain had no issue and that was also a new domain at the time. I need to somehow completely reset Wordfence and start over somehow. But I will give it a few days to see if it’s related. Thanks again

@wfdave Hi Dave, it says my login name was invalid but that is my actual login name and I’ve successfully logged in with it previously. I’m not sure why it’s picking up my login as spam now.
