I will review the translation now, and will update the plugin within the next few hours. I place an acknowledgement for translators on the ‘Other Notes’ page of the plugin — would you like your name/website/Twitter mentioned here?

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Email being sent for Moderator & not routed through SMTPHi,
(a) See the FAQ page where I have answered this.
(b) Which plugin are you using to change your SMTP settings? I haven’t seen in detail how these plugins work, so there might be room for adding this feature in the next version of Thank Me Later.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Queue working, emails not sending… :(Hello,
Did you notice this issue occurred when you upgraded the plugin or WordPress? The only thing I can think of right now is some changes in WordPress 3.6 onwards may have caused some problems. Also, if you have any details about your hosting environment (Operating System, Mail server, etc), that will help me track down any issue.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Mailchimp Subscription IntegrationHello,
There is currently no such functionality. I’m not too sure how it would work, since you need explicit consent from the user to add them to the subscription list.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] CronThe only cron which runs hourly is the one which makes sure that WP-Cron is working. All emails are scheduled individually, so there is no heavy work done on the hourly crons. I don’t understand why you need this to be daily.

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Custom Post TypeHi,
I have tested the plugin and it does appear to work with custom post types. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t be working on your setup — do you have targeting enabled for any of the messages? Also, are messages sending okay for normal posts?
Thanks,

In reply to: Problem with pluginsHi,
I’m the developer for Thank Me Later. I have taken a look at your website. I think the problem arises because you have Directory Index listings enabled on your web-server. So Google thinks the two files you have listed are publicly available. These files aren’t supposed to be accessed directly, hence why they are returning a 500 error.
You can either:
- Reconfigure your webserver to not show directory index listings; or
- Add robots.txt exclusion for
/wp-content/plugins/thank-me-later
.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Sends email with comment pending? The timer starts from when the comment is posted. But if the email is not approved when the scheduled send time arrives, the email is not sent — instead, it is sent at the earliest opportunity after the comment becomes approved. This is by design so that the email isn’t sent to spam comments.
For example, if you have a delay of 1 day. Example 1:
* Comment posted on Monday, automatically approved
* Email is sent on TuesdayExample 2:
* Comment posted on Monday, not approved
* Comment approved on Wednesday
* Email is sent on Wednesday. Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Thank me later WPMLHey,
There’s no easy way to do this at the moment. You can set individual messages to target specific tags, categories or posts on your blog. If you have a small number of posts, you could select them individually from the new message screen. Alternatively, you could place your posts into language-specific categories and use the category targeting feature to target each category.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Random spaces and no link in HTML mailHello,
I have managed to replicate the issue of spaces between words on a version of Outlook. I believe the update I have submitted should fix this issue. Before I release this version, would it be possible for you to try the trunk version just to make sure everything is okay from your end. It can be downloaded here.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Thank Me Later] Random spaces and no link in HTML mailHello,
Unfortunately I do not have access to Outlook 2010 here, and am unable to replicate the issue. I do have access to Outlook 2010 at University, but am currently away until the end of May. I will try to identify and fix the issue when I am back. Sorry, I know it’s a fairly long wait, but this issue seems to be fairly mysterious.
Thanks,
Brendon.
