I have the same issue. As others have noted, my use case is with products in woocommerce, for which there is still no built-in way to accomplish what is needed. Your plugin served me well for many years but unfortunatelly it seems it has stopped working after the latest update to WordPress 6.7.

The aformentioned queue starts every time an import is run with the plugin WP All Import. When I asked for support for how to raise aformentioned limit they told me to contact woocommerce support instead.

In my installation I have disabled WP-CRON from firing on user traffic and I’m running wp cron event run --due-now every minute on the server instead.

I would like to speed up the processing?of the queue group wc_update_product_lookup_tables. In my installation a queue fires every minute. If it only has 50 items and it finishes in 10 seconds, the rest 50 seconds is idle time. Not sure if my logic is correct, I’m just searching for solutions. Thanks.

As this seems to be a problem that appears whenever I run an XML import using the plugin WP All Import, I’m going to mark this issue temporarily resolved and get back with any info in the future.

Follow-up question: If they are triggered only upon WC db update how do they keep appearing in my installation when I haven’t updated WC? Is there a cron event that could possibly trigger them too? I’ve downloaded WP Crontrol and looking for a solution. Thanks

I tried adding view_woocommerce_reports to my custom role with the “Add Capability” field but I got the message “Incorrect capability name.”
