I’m using Elementor and Ultimate Addons for Elementor – I’m not sure which is handling that particular feature. I disabled Site Reviews temporarily and was able to make that selection and save it, but when Site Reviews is enabled, it won’t allow me to tick that box now for some reason.

Thank you for your reply. To clarify, I have a group of banner ads and I simply want a different one to be displayed when a page load takes place. With my caching plugin enabled, the banners are not changing on a page when a refresh takes place.

Good catch —?it does seem to be the caching plugin that is causing issues. I posted another test review and then dumped the cache… it immediately showed up.

Is there a setting somewhere in Site Reviews that will force a cache dump when new reviews are approved?

Hi Paul, after clicking “Recalculate Counts”, the reviews finally did appear. However, I posted another review after clicking it to test things out and once again that review didn’t appear after approving it in the backend.

Hi Paul, here’s the exact shortcode I’m using to display the reviews on the pages:

[site_reviews_summary assigned_to=”post_id”]

As I mentioned, the reviews are showing up just fine when posted by the admin to the frontend so I’m assuming all is well in terms of the shortcode.

Hi Paul, the submission form is in a text widget in the sidebar and it’s displaying perfectly. It displays “Your overall rating” (and stars), “Your review”, “Your name”, a checkbox with agreed terms, and the submit button.

Here’s the exact shortcode I’m using:

[site_reviews_form assign_to=”post_id” hide=”email,title”]

As I mentioned, when logged in to the admin area, any reviews that I post to the front end of the site (in the same browser) go through to the approval area and are properly published to the page once I approve it in the backend. The problem is with reviews that are submitted by non-Admin users — those go through to the approval area but once approved, they are not publishing to the site.
