Hello how are you?

It’s not working for me. I selected “Do not preserve backup” but the original files remain in the uploads folder.

For example, I have an image called IMG_001.JPG with the size of 12mb. When I upload this image, a file called “IMG_001-scaled.jpg” and all of its thumbnails are created, however, the original 12mb file remains in the uploads folder.

Is there an option to reduce the original files and use them instead of using the “-scaled” files?

Or, how do I delete these original files permanently?

I used two plugins: “Popup Maker” and “Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks Template”. But it is also a complicated process to make it work as we want. If you can’t make it work, anything sends me an email that explains the steps: [email protected]

At the moment I removed the menu to test other things.

But the question would be about the responsive menu (mobile).

For example, suppose the menu has the following items:
– contact (#contact)
– services (#services)
And that these items take to a section on the page itself (anchor link).

On the PC it works well. But when you activate the responsive mode (when only the button to open the menu appears) by clicking on these links, the menu remains open, being above the content. The user would have to close the menu to see that the page went down to the section where it has the anchor link.

Is there a way to click on the link to close this menu?

I think a good alternative is an option to choose the maximum number of columns in the gallery. This way, in any device size, the gallery would always be shown in the same way, reducing only the size of the image. That is, if the person chooses a maximum of 3 columns, and the last row has only 2 images, then these two images would occupy the total width of the last row. And on the responsive, the user could choose the maximum amount of column for pc, tablet and cell phone. With that, instead of the image jumping to the bottom line, it would only reduce the size, but keep the beautiful layout justified.
