You are not supposed to track from the plugin, the plugin just does the integration.
You track directly on Google Analytics website: https://analytics.google.com/

To help further, if you can please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

I had my facebook connected, I disconnected it and I’m reconnecting it and it won’t let me, it’s like the blocked button to return to the website. and then I get: permission error: access denied, reason: user denied.

1. We have archived a product on Facebook that was already in “Sync and hide” in WooCommerce, we have synchronized Facebook and it was still archived.
2. However, later we have archived a product on Facebook that was in “Sync and show”, then we have put it in “Sync and hide” only one of its variants, so the rest of the variants would have to be shown to us and sync Facebook, they were all archived.
