Hello, I disabled all plugins and did the test on an online and local site, I have the same problem.
I only have the problem with custom colors?
I did the test with the following themes and it’s the same:

Twenty twenty-three
Spectra
Ollie

If you put text in the first and last fields and leave the middle field blank, empty space remains visible.

I redid the test on other themes, the custom colors don’t work?
