I just did the test with InstaWP, the English version works and when I put the WordPress in French, it no longer works.

I found the problem, I reinstalled with localwp and WordPress in English, it works

I just reinstalled with LocalWP, WP 6.3.1 with theme 2023, no plugin, I left the default settings, the WP version is in English and it works.
I delete the custom colors, I put my WordPress in French and the time on UTC +2, the custom colors no longer work.
