Hey @craigmckee,
Thanks for the updates and for sharing how you managed a workaround. This will be helpful for other users in the forums.
It will be great if you can add your suggestion here:?https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin.
Thanks!
Hi James,
Is this the first time you’ve attempted to use tags? Did it work in the past? Did you separate tags with commas or hit Enter key after typing them?
All the info you can share relating to your use of tags will be useful.
Hi @click-artist,
What is the website you need help with? Thanks!
Hi @jinzc,
Please share a screenshot of what you have currently in both Desktop and Mobile.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share. Thanks!
Hi @medialynx,
?I noticed the following line in the logs:{“free_plugin_version”:”4.39.0″,”premium_plugin_version”:”premium not installed”}
This error alerts that the MailPoet Premium plugin is not installed.?The Starter plan doesn’t give you access to the Premium features of the MailPoet plugin, including access to the Premium plugin.
?
But you should still send out your emails, create newsletters, etc. successfully. Were you able to send Newsletters with these logs displayed, or it stopped exactly when you noticed these? If yes, can you contact us via email to look into this further? Thanks!
?Hey @medialynx,
Can you share the full logs you are getting? It seems like this error is partial.
Thanks!
Hi @koraldon,
We have a feature request that has been around for quite some time here:?an RTL feature request in our feedback portal. It would be great if you could comment and upvote it.
By casting your vote on the feature request, you will solidify its importance and reaffirm its relevancy to the current user base.
This can help the developers to re-evaluate priorities.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Action Scheduler] Plugin kills performanceHey Alexander,
Apologies if there was any misunderstanding. You mentioned earlier that:
investigating the loosing of performance of my site I fond that some plugins are using this plugin inside to work around the normal wp-cron system.
That is why I suggested reaching out to those plugins developers.
If you have already removed the Scheduled Actions plugin, it is not expected for the cron tasks to recreate.?
Did you contact your host for this to know how they are running the server side cron jobs and if they have any clue on how to stop any actions from the removed plugin?

In reply to: [Action Scheduler] Plugin kills performanceHello @forcesail,
Thank you for providing the screenshots and information.
From the screenshots you shared, I see some scheduled actions are running correctly.?Other failed actions are due to scheduled tasks not being properly registered in the system.
To address this issue, I recommend taking the following steps:
1. Make sure your plugins are up-to-date and Review the list of scheduled actions: The screenshot you provided shows a list of scheduled actions performed by different plugins. It’s important to identify which plugins are responsible for these actions. You mentioned that you have uninstalled all plugins except for ALL-IN-ONE-SEO. If you notice that some of the uninstalled plugins left behind scheduled actions, I recommend reaching out to the developers of the uninstalled plugins and seek their assistance in removing any residual actions.
2. Optimize your website’s performance: If you’re experiencing slow server response times, there might be other factors contributing to it as well. I suggest optimizing your website by using caching plugins, optimizing images, and using a performance optimization tool like the one provided by Jetpack. These steps can help improve your site’s speed and overall performance.
3. Consider seeking professional assistance: If you’re still experiencing performance issues after optimizing your website, it might be helpful to consult with a professional developer who specializes in WordPress performance optimization. They can provide tailored guidance and solutions based on your specific setup and requirements.
Regarding your concerns about the hidden functionality of Scheduled Actions, I understand your frustration. WordPress plugins are designed to provide features and functions that help enhance your website’s functionality. However, if you believe that certain actions are behaving in a way that goes against the intended functionality, I recommend reaching out to the plugin authors using the feature directly to express your concerns and seek their guidance.
I hope this helps improve your site performance.?
Hello @willemb2,
Thank you for providing more details.
Outlook can indeed be challenging when it comes to email rendering and we have noticed the same for MailPoet. Although you’ve already tried the suggestions from the article I shared, I recommend experimenting with different button widths and fonts to find a balance that works for both Outlook and other email clients.
Also, have you considered using alternative fallbacks for the button in Outlook? For example, you could include a plain text link or an HTML link styled as a button. This type of fallback ensures that even if the button doesn’t render properly in Outlook, your readers will still have a clear call-to-action.
Best,
Thanks for sharing @everade!
I could locate the open ticket, and we are currently actively working on it. We sent you a reply Monday and waiting for your reply.
Let’s keep it going on that ticket!
Hey @everade,
Apologies here again, I’d like to help resolve this for you. Could you please share a clue to look for the ticket you shared or create a new one?
The title of the ticket you created would do.
Thanks for your cooperation, we will do our best to get this sorted out soon!
Hey @everade,
Apologies for the misunderstanding above. Let’s try to figure out what is going on with the generated error logs, and thanks for giving clues on what is going on.
I see from the screenshot you shared in your first message that the “key_type” is checking if you have MailPoet Premium.
The Starter plan doesn’t give you access to the Premium features of the MailPoet plugin, including access to the Premium plugin.
?
But you should still send out your emails, create newsletters, etc. successfully. It seems like this is your case.We have seen situations where modifying the wp-config.php file fixed the error. But again, if sending emails is working, you can just ignore the logs.
In case it’s working, but you still want to get rid of the logs, you can work on the wp-config.php file with your hosting provider to ensure the URLs for the site and the ones triggering the cron tasks are all returning the same one that the MailPoet license key is activated on.
Alternatively, you could set up a Linux Cron job and switch MailPoet to use the Linux Cron option for the task scheduler as described in our guide below, which we’ve seen solves this issue with the license check task:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron.Thanks again for using MailPoet & let us know if you have any further questions!
Hi @willemb2,
There is a known issue with buttons in some Outlook versions, it seems like you are affected by it.
More details here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/186-known-issues-in-email-rendering
If you are affected by the above, what you can do is to try?to have a short line in the button and set the width to be wide. Like what you currently have.
For the font, you can learn about what you can use here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/176-which-fonts-can-be-used-in-mailpoet
I hope this helps!
