Thanks for sharing the solution and updates @nabosnyi.
Apologies for the delay, this got lost in the busy queues.
Hey @nabosnyi,
I just visited your site homepage and I can confirm the error you mentioned above.
The first step to take, would be to check if there are any conflicts with other plugins or themes that might be affecting the MailPoet form’s functionality. You can try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme to see if this resolves the issue. If it does, then you can activate the plugins and theme one by one to identify the conflicting ones.
?
Here’s a guide to help with this:?https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
?
Let us know how it goes.Hey @twenty24,
When we see cases of images not displaying in Apple devices (and it’s not because of the Protect Mail Privacy / Block Remote Content in Mail settings), we find that it’s because the domain is on a blacklist which Apple is blocking. You can check that with your site URL here.
We have also found other users reporting the same symptoms in this discussion:?https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/693572
It mentions that the root cause can be the Let’s Encrypt certificate. You can check if your site SSL is using Let’s Encrypt. The 100% solution would be to host your images externally instead of adding them to your Media Library. You can test this by adding an image that is hosted externally to your newsletter to see if it displays as expected on those Apple devices.
Another option would be to try switching your site certificate to another organization.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] mailHi @chengjianping,
Can you confirm if you followed this guide for the automation https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/277-woocommerce-automatic-emails ? If you did not yet, you can give it a try.
If you did, please share screenshots of the setup?
Thanks!
Hi @lucinka77,
Did you create a standard MailPoet form as described in our documentation below?
Create a Form with our New Form EditorIf you did with the standard MailPoet form above but still having the issue, there are a few things to check first: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/360-troubleshooting-welcome-emails
If you did everything listed above and the issue persists, then please send over the following information:
- A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots. We have a guide for sending screenshots here: How to Take a Screenshot
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Finally, please send us screenshots of the configuration for your MailPoet form. Make sure to edit sensitive information before posting it here.
Thank you!
Hi @mikelidbetter,
The behavior you are experiencing is most likely due to the way your website handles the encoding of special characters. Some websites encode special characters in URL-encoded format to ensure compatibility and avoid potential issues.
In the case of the “&” symbol being displayed as “&” this is likely a result of URL encoding. To address this issue and have the mailheader display “&” correctly, you have a couple of options:
Option 1:?Use the Ampersand version:An alternative solution would be to use the Ampersand version of the symbol, which is “﹠“. This Unicode character is visually similar to “&” but does not get interpreted as an HTML entity. By using “﹠” instead of “&”.
Option 2:?Contact the website host support:If using the Ampersand version is not an ideal solution for you, we recommend reaching out to the administrators of your website?and requesting that they update their database entries to store the “&” format instead of the encoded version “V&”. This change will ensure that MailPoet retrieves the correct post titles without any encoding issues.
I hope this helps.Hey @agizzie,
Thanks for the updates.
I can confirm your domain shows verified from our end too!
I will mark this thread as solved now.
Have a fantastic journey with MailPoet!
That sounds like a great plan, Agizzie,
Keep us posted!
Hi @agizzie,
Thanks for sharing the domain. The verification did not go through from our end either. The next step would be to reach out to your web host and ask them to assist you with the process.
Here’s the link to our guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#authenticating
Hey @trbhicks,
Since this is account related, please create your own forum support thread. We will be able to assist you there.
Also, if that helps, your domain shows verified from our end.
Thanks!
Hi @agizzie,
Could you please share the page you need help with ?
Hi @ghost4154,
“There was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription. Please contact the website owner.“
Can you make sure the email address you are using is one from the list of your authorized emails on your MailPoet account? If it wasn’t, you can change the email to an authorized email, then go to the?MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab?and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
It would also be worth clearing your browser’s cache after updating the email.
If you confirm the email is authorized, then kindly contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support and send us the following:
- A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
Please include a link to this forum thread in the ticket, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
Hi @wp_user1,
Do you mean when a subscriber is logged in, they see the pop-up form still? It should only be displayed to non-logged in visitors.
Also, when site visitors have already dismissed it, the?information is stored as a “popup_form_dismissed” cookie in their browser, and they may not see it without clearing their browser cookies.?
Have you tested it yourself while logged in?

Hi @paulogonalves,
cron.ERROR: Sending frequency limit has been reached. {“error”:”[object] (Exception(code: 0): Sending frequency
By default, MailPoet doesn’t impose any limits on sending through a 3rd party sending service.
?
Therefore, I suggest you double-check the limits on Amazon side. You may also want to try setting up Linux cron following?these steps?to see if that makes a difference.
?
Let us know how it goes or need further help.
