The Media-button error is caused by ‘Find Me Elsewhere’, by WPease Team.

It looks like the text-error is history.

I’m also having problems with entering the text-version now, when Jetpack is enabled.

There is no problem if Jetpack is activated but not connected to WordPress.com.

I have the same problem. Had to deactivate Jetpack to add media to my post.

When I clicked on the media it sometimes worked, but opened in the same window, whereas it normally opens in a pop-up screen.
