In reply to: [Hellodialog] Shortcode warningsHi Webreact,
Just out of curiosity, do you have an update planned for the plugin anytime soon?

In reply to: [Hellodialog] Shortcode warningsAwesome, thanks for the quick reply and wanting to fix the issue for us! We’ll keep an eye out for the update in the near future.
Could we please get an update on the situation? It has been a couple of weeks now without any response. Are you guys still working on this issue? Could you give us an ETA on the next update? This really is hampering our update cycle. Thanks!

In reply to: [Imsanity] Cache resource exhaustedThanks for the explanation, I’ll run it by our host administrator in the hopes we could increase the cache size.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!

In reply to: [Imsanity] Cache resource exhaustedThe 16MB image has a size of 7836 × 5051 pixels, with a DPI of 300 pixels/inch. And the 21MB image has a size of 6558 × 4372 pixels, with a DPI of 220 pixels/inch. So I guess judging by those numbers, the 16MB image would take up a lot more resources.
Hi @pixelbits
We never really managed to fix this issue unfortunately. In our case we actually worked around the problem in a different way:
Our customer actually created a new export in the plugin every time she wanted to export a new set of orders from WooCommerce. Over time this resulted in a couple hundred export that all did the same thing, exporting new orders. When deleting these exports we had the same issue that you have right now. So what we did is actually just set up one export for her that she can run every time she needs the latest orders, hence negating the need for the large amount of exports.
Like I said it’s not really a fix for the problem, but maybe your situation might be similar. If it’s possible to just create one export that you can run multiple times, it might be worth looking into that workaround.
Hopefully you’ll find an answer to the problem!

In reply to: [Export any WordPress data to XML/CSV] Uploads Symlink issueHi @wpallimport,
Thanks for your reply and the testing on your end. I’ll contact our sysadmin again to have another look at some other possible causes.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

In reply to: [Post Types Order] conflict With Woocomerce Attributes OrderI can confirm that we also get this issue on several of our websites that include both WooCommerce and the Post Types Order plugin. When we disable the Post Types Order plugin the default drag & drop ordering of the WooCommerce attributes works again. If we enable the Post Types Order plugin the WooCommerce product attributes will not save when dragged into a different position.
We can see that we get a 200 response code from the Ajax call that handles the drag & drop, with a content of ‘0’. But when we refresh the page, non of the orders has been saved.
Post Types order plugin version: 1.9.4.3
WooCommerce version: 4.1.0
Server PHP version: 7.3If you need more information from us, please let us know!
Thanks in advance!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mollie Payments for WooCommerce] Mollie Infinite loading after update 5.2.0Hi all,
We’ve noticed the same thing in one of our shops. A look at the server logs showed the following error:
Got error 'PHP message: PHP Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WC_Gateway_BACS could not be converted to string in <<path to plugins folder>>/mollie-payments-for-woocommerce/includes/mollie/wc/plugin.php on line 432\n'.
We’ve downgraded our site to use the old plugin again. Hope the error messages will be helpful.
Kind regards,
Bastiaan
