I find a solution. The problem is that mpdf don’t like domain in the image path. It works pretty quickly if it’s relative path.

In the function get_company_logo_html(), just remove the domain and http stuff and add ../ as the current path is wp-admin.

Basically you have a path image like :

• https://subdomain.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/YYYY/MM/thefile.jpg

It works great by removing https://subdomain.domain.com and adding ..

• ../wp-content/uploads/YYYY/MM/thefile.jpg

I did it directly in the abstract file. I don’t know how to change better.

Is it possible to modify in a future update the logo image path you save when adding the file in order to have the relative path and not the absolute used in this function ?

I just found the function get_company_logo_html() in the file abstract-bewpi-invoice.php.

There is this note : * Convert image to base64 due to incompatibility of subdomains with MPDF

The url of the logo image is like https://subdomain.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/logo-company.jpg

I understand that MPDF obliges to encode the image in base64. Does it why it’s so slow ?

I added this line:

remove_action( ‘woocommerce_created_customer_notification’, array( WC_Emails::instance(), ‘customer_new_account’ ), 10, 3 );

in order to customize the process of the email (I have two kinds of customer).

I don’t have worked on the problem because I have found another solution, easier for me (with a theme and a plugin for importing data).

The website where I have the issue is not accessible online. But I can open a subdomain where I would install wordpress to reproduct the problem I have.

I am investigating the problem I have with the search. I found that I don’t have the same result depending on what setting I chose for the “styles” possibilities in the car demon settings.

– If I put yes to styles for form, vehicles and themes, I have the result I paste in my previous post.

– If I put yes to some, the result is near the same, exceptingthe presentation.

– If I put no to all three, the results is “Not found” and no vehicles, even if my criteria match with vehicles.

I don’t understand why the styles choices interact with the results of the search. I’m going to have a deeper look.

Maybe that’s an error somebody has already had.

About the problems I have, the first was a 404 page error. My apologies: I just have to saved permalinks again et it’s ok.

I have some problem with css element but it’s ok for that, i will fix it and I have to work on the stylesheets.

But the main problem is on the search. I have put the car demon search widget in the sidebar. I have only one vehicle in my base. If I just click on search, I have as reply:

“Any results.
Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria. Please try using a broader search selection.”

I have a list of 8 items of the only one I have with the image.

When I open the element inspector, that’s what I have:

The problem I don’t want to install another plugin for something which is basic for WordPress.

I install two versions 3.8 and 3.8.1 on my local webserver, and my child works perfectly. So, it seems maybe not to come from 3.8.1 but I don’t understand. On the same server, I have a 3.8 version where the child theme works.

Adamos Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Adamos” parent theme.

I already have done plenty of child themes and some work fine on WordPress 3.8.

The topic seems to be “Resolved” but I don’t see a solution here…

I’m happy to see that I am in the right direction. As you mention, the inventory size will not be huge. I’m going to tried with postmeta on a small sample (fake data with just two parameters) to try the validity of this solution.

I noted your remark for my second post_type and I think you are right. I can of course bound the two post_type by their id in for example a hidden field, but I think it’s to complicate things for nothing.

I found this solution for this f*$ù$ problem :

The annoying culprit is this little line in /wp-includes/post-template.php, which I once more commented out:
$content = str_replace(‘]]>’, ‘]]>’, $content);
