Hi,
I don’t have a solution, but the same problem.
I don’t know what to do. A work around could be to send the add_to_cart event when the Form_submit with classes “cart grouped_form” which corresponds to a click on the add to cart button on a variable product.
Moreover, the “view_item” event is not triggered on variable products too. It works on simple product.
I don’t understand why there are these differences.
Hi Hessel,
Thank you for your quick and clear reply.

Hi Leon,
Thanks a lot for your quick reply and premium support as usual. A good tool is not only on the technical side and you and your team do a great job on this point too.
Your reply is clear, but (!) I wanted a clarification on the following case:
– in case we have a CMP, because there are other tags like Google Analytics or Google Ads, and Burst Analytics is not on cookieless mode and bound to the CMP (Complianz for ex), in this case:
– when the user consents: all tags, Burst included, are loaded => OK
– but when they don’t consent => does Burst automatically switch on cookieless mode? Thanks
Hi Aert,
Thanks for the reply. That’s great !

In reply to: [Blog2Social: Social Media Auto Post & Scheduler] Lang management ?Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I am not sure it is what I am looking for.
Imagine I am the only one author of a multilingual blog with only one user account on WordPress.
I have 3 different accounts on Twitter, one per language. If I am in France, Paris Timezone, I want to schedule for example french posts at 11 am Paris timezone, USA posts at 11am San francisco timezone, and Spanish 11 am Buenos Aires timezone.I only have one user in one WordPress account to log in. I want to be able with the plugin to set these 3 different schedules for each language with this user.
Reading what you reply, I think it doesnt’t work like that. Am I wrong?

In reply to: [Prismatic] Critical error when changing highlight themeThat’s great Jeff. Thanks a lot for all this work. I will rate the plugin.
Was it a tricky bug? It seems it was not easy to replicate.

In reply to: [Prismatic] Critical error when changing highlight themeThanks for the quick reply. I didn’t take the time to try it on a free wordpress install.
On our website, I just did
– install the plugin and go to settings
– select highlight.js in the first tab
– select any theme and save => critical error each timeI think the problem is on my side because I am the only one to encounter it. It will maybe be hard to reproduce on a fresh wordpress install.
I think we are going to code it ourselves and to store the consent in the wordpress database. I think it could be GDPR compliant if all the process is documented and checked.
We don’t use anything for the moment.
The client wants to add a checkbox during the registration process, separated from the General Conditions of sales checkbox, to ask the user if he consents to future marketing and commercial actions.
He want to keep a trace of the value of this checkbox, to be able to prove a user consented for these actions.
I read on some websites that you have to keep track of consents like these (for example, you have to store the consent of someone who subscribed to the newsletter).
Does it make sense?
Thanks.
My question was to understand if Complianz could store the consent related to this checkbox?
I don’t see how to plug Complianz with this checkbox if the checkbox is added in the registration process of WordPress. Is it possible?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Google Consent mode integrationHi @jarnovos,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Not a problem if it is a premium feature. Good work is not free.
Do you have any ETA in mynd for this feature in beta? I have several clients with woocommerce with which such a feature is important. And the choice of the CMP is based on this feature.
Hi Alekv,
No, it doesn’t work. As the client took a premium licence, I will open a ticket to investigate and understand where is the problem.
Thank you

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Google Consent mode integrationHi @jarnovos,
I tried to see on the Complianz website if the Consent mode is already enabled with Compliaz but I didn’t find anything.
Is it already done? If yes, is there a doc somewhere to understand how it works.
I will want to integrate with GTM and also with the Woopt plugin, which is a all in one tags management plugin.
Thank you
Hi Aleksandar,
Perfectly.
