Blank Page for Feed Settings

    Problem solved!

    I am experiencing a similar issue. How did you solve this?

    When I select a form and open settings, I see Convertkit listed at the bottom-left. When I click on it, I get a blank screen.
    Interestingly, Convertkit does not show up in the drop-down list for settings. To see it, I have to click on settings.

    I noticed that the ConvertKit API Key form field was blank. After entering my ConvertKit API Key, that basically solved the problem.

    Make sure you have entered your ConvertKit API Key—Forms > Settings > ConvertKit > ConvertKit API Key
