Thanks, though I just really wanted to get my site viewed by the world. Not my localhost IP itself. And I tried BlueHost, but they charge you for the whole 36 month. I thought BlueHost was 5 bucks a month but they charge you the whole thing at once so I had to cancle BlueHost.
