Wow! My problem is solved.
Try this- First, remove the favicon that you uploaded through Appearance >> Customize option. Then install the “Favicon by RealFavicon Generator” plugin. Upload the picture that you want to use as the favicon. The picture should be in jpg or png format. The plugin then will redirect you to their website where the .ico file will be generated. Complete the setup and your favicon should be showing front end. Let me know if it works for you or not.
(I checked your website a few minutes ago and the favicon wasn’t showing up.)
