The link did not work as there was no text but I was able to resolve the issue as it was an error on my part in creating the code for the new child theme. Amazing how things get messed up when you forget one little character lol.

This will teach me not to type out code with very little sleep.

I would like for the menus on that page to run the full width of the screen .. when you look at one of the products you will notice that the menus are stacked on top of eachother

Ok found the issue .. I just needed to restart the site and the application pool.. Will mark this as resolved unless something else comes up

Has there been any update as to the status of what is causing the error by the theme developer?

Checking in to see if there is any update as to the erroneous error issue causing the syntax error?

UPDATE: This was sent to me via the plugin developer for a better reference

To explain this to the developer you can reference the article I sent you the link to ( https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23511275/json-response-format-error-red-dot-bullet-before-response ), as well as mention that one of the theme files is outputting non-printable special unicode character, this is causing other on-site data to be altered (causes breaks in the code).

Got the log up and running. i use Arvixe as my hosting provider. I did take the site out of maintenance mode so it can be diagnosed properly. I did find 2 plugins that had issues when I activated them and sent notices to the authors. But still having the issue above when I disable all plugins within the child theme.
