NB: if I hit “download order history” – all the data is there. I’m just not seeing it on screen.

I’ve had exactly the same issue. Admin, Editor, contributor roles (all 5 WP standard roles) were inexplicably wiped from the wp_user_roles field. No idea what caused it – but Loco Translate was updated around the time it happened…. coincidence?

My script was fine – the variable had magically disappeared from field 9.

Great idea for a plugin – if you can get it to work seamlessly with wp I think it should go into the core code!

I reverted too – this update basically wiped all my downloads from wordpress. Perhaps needs releasing as a major update (3) – with migration instructions …?

I have an export problem too – maybe it’s the same one?

I had three different fields in the form for three different names of people. These were all entitled ‘name’. However, when I export – only one ‘name’ appears in the list instead of three.

i.e. the title of the field is being used to identify it rather than it’s unique ID upon export.

I am sure you can fix this Matt!

I have tested it on two sites – and with the ‘other’ field active it only works if the user chooses the ‘other’ field. If they choose a non-other field – it comes through blank.

Please try and replicate…

To clarify – they don’t work when the ‘other’ option is checked.

Still have this problem. Been running EM for a few years so can’t work out why this is now a problem. So the timestamp comes from the mailserver and not the wp installation?

Um, which mailserver would we be taking about? Receiving or sending?

After a little digging – I realise that it is a conflict with Otto’s Simple Facebook Connect. The reservation form doesn’t seem to like it. I have disabled the login function of SFC – and everything seems to work fine now.
