Hi @alex4woo,
thank you for contacting us. I checked your store, but I couldn’t replicate that issue. It seems that is in catalog mode. Can you send us some screenshots with that error message and additionally with your flexible shipping method? That will allow us to solve your issue.
Kind regards,
Bart
Hi @nirajnagar,
thank you for contacting us. Have you added the UPS shipping method in your shipping zone? That’s a common issue with this plugin. You can find more information about it in our docs: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/126-ups-shipping-method
I hope that it will help to solve your issue. In other case, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Hi @suzanneships,
thank you for contacting us. You can achieve that shipping scenario with proper setup of WooCommerce shipping zones. To do that, just limit shipping zones to the countries that you want to ship to. If you need further information, you can read our guide about shipping zones or check the official WooCommerce documentation.
If you want to do it in table rate, you can use our premium Add-on Flexible Shipping Locations WooCommerce. It will allow you to do similar thing inside Flexible Shipping method.
In case of further questions, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Bart
Hi @marketingmouse,
thank you for contacting us. The problem with incorrectly rounding taxes is unfortunately a common issue with shipping taxes in WooCommerce. This is an issue with the way prices are rounded and doesn’t just relate to our plugin, but the same issue occurs with standard WooCommerce shipping methods like Flat Rate. We are aware of this problem and I can reveal that we are working on a solution to make this easier for the users of our plugin.
However, I did some testing on my test environment and was able to get the right shipping amount with 20% tax. Please try to input shipping cost as £4.124999. This should result in rounding to the correct amount of £4.95 with tax applied.
I hope that this solution will work in your case.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there is something more I can help you with.
Kind regards,
Hi @lavadesign
thank you for contacting us, I’ll be happy to help.
I think that the best solution is to delete the last shipping method: https://i.imgur.com/s0WFwek.png
This way, the shipping method won’t be displayed when package weight is over 10kg.If it’s the only shipping method that you are offering in your Shipping Zone, your customer will get “There are no shipping methods available” message. You can easily change it with some custom code. We have a great guide on how to achieve this: https://flexibleshipping.com/change-no-shipping-options-were-found-message-woocommerce/
Please let me know if this information is helpful or if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Hi @tammdavis7,
Our plugin offers global shipping method. When you enable the method in plugin settings it will be available for all Shipping Zones defined in your WooCommerce store and there is no need to add it separately as shipping method within the zone. It also won’t be possible to add it to the Locations not covered by your other zones in WooCommerce.

After enabling the FedEx global shipping method, you can go to the cart page and verify if the rates are displayed. Can you tell me if they are being displayed on the checkout?
Here you will find detailed documentation for the FedEx plugin:

Please let me know if this information is helpful or if you have any other questions.
Best regards,`
Hi @tammdavis7,
Thank you for contacting us. Our FedEx WooCommerce plugin offers global shipping method. This means then you enable the FedEx shipping method in the plugin’s settings, it will be available for all Shipping Zones. It can’t be limited to certain Shipping Zones, so you can’t add it in one of the shipping zone.
Kind regards,
Bartosz
Hi @thesaintindiano,
I can see on your attachment that you have set one rule in the Flexible Shipping method with Price range up to ?999. Do you have a second rule with a higher price range?
In order to use that shipping method and the free shipping option, you have to set rules that will have a higher price range. In other case, that shipping method won’t be used, and so the free shipping option also won’t be used.
Please check your shipping rules and if you don’t have another rule with higher price range, add a second rule or change the price range in your first rule.
Kind regards,
Bart
Hi @tinkergraphics,
thank you for contacting us. Can you send us screenshots of your shipping method settings? Please make sure to send the set-up of the free shipping and the rules table with weight based shipping rules.
It allows us to check your settings and help you set it correctly.
Kind regards,
Bartosz

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Plugin not workingHi @maartenplugwise,
thank you for your message. The “All possible rates” are basically List Rates for the FedEx accounts that have the Account rates assigned and activated. If you want to use Account rates, just change the Rate Type to “Account rates”.
The number of FedEx services returned does not depend on our plugin. If you have no restrictions in the plugin settings (custom services settings), the plugin will display all available services for the given addresses and products in the cart. It’s all based on the FedEx API and our plugin does not affect this.

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Can’t add FedEx to ZoneHi @dotsey,
do you get any errors on the cart? Have you checked the logs?
It can be a conflict with some other plugin or your theme. Can you disable all other plugins (leave only WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping for FedEx and WooCommerce) and check if the issue still occurs?

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Can’t add FedEx to ZoneHi @dotsey,
thank you for contacting us. Flexible Shipping for FedEx and WooCommerce plugin offers global shipping method. When you enable the method in the plugin’s settings, it will be available for all Shipping Zones. It can’t be limited to certain Shipping Zones. That’s why you can’t attach it to a shipping zone.
In case of further questions, please contact me.

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Plugin not workingHi @maartenplugwise,
thank you for contacting us. I was able to reproduce your problem in our test environment. In your case, the problem is probably the “Rate Type” setting. From what I read from the API Request, you have set the List Rates. Please change it to “All Possible rates”: https://i.imgur.com/QYA0Z0g.png It solved the issue in my case.
Kind regards,
Hi @szczepanski,
unfortunately it’s not possible with our plugin. Our plugin doesn’t currently support dimensional-based shipping costs. It allows setting shipping costs based on cart weight and cart total.
Kind regards,
Bartosz
