Hi @trenchexdev,
your scenario is possible to achieve with the PRO version of the Flexible Shipping plugin. It allows you to add more than one condition to shipping rules and offers special actions that allow to stop calculating rules. Those options should help you set up your shipping scenario.

In reply to: [USPS Shipping for WooCommerce - Live Rates] Print labels?Hi @nunyabiz,
thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, our USPS plugin doesn’t offer label generation at this moment. It calculates the shipping costs, gives the ability to split the shipping into the separate packages, create the custom ones and returns the live rates.
To print USPS labels, you can use the official WooCommerce plugin: WooCommerce Shipping & Tax. You can also use some third-party services like ShipStation?or similar.
Best regards,
BartThank you for reaching us. I’ll be happy to help.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We are currently researching and updating a new UPS authorization process for our product. It is still possible to generate the API key; however, the process is slightly different from the one described in our documentation.
When you click on the Request an access Key, you’ll be asked to log in.
After you’re logged, you’ll see the following screen:
Please choose the second option:
To get the key, you’ll have to link this to your account (or create a new one). If you have any troubles with your account number, please contact the UPS to obtain it.
In case of any additional questions, feel free to get back to me!
Best regards,Hi @mc2105,
thank you for contacting us. Have you followed all the steps mentioned in our video on how to use Flexible Shipping plugin? At which step exactly do the problems occur? Additional information will help us a lot in determining the issue or speed up the solution.

BartHi @nataliactivex,
did you check this on the Storefront theme? Simply updating the plugins may not help. I would like to rule out theme conflict to find a solution to your problem.
Another way is to see if the problem also occurs when our plugin is deactivated. You can test add two Flat Rate shipping methods (WooCommerce default shipping), disable our plugin and see if the problem still occurs. This will allow you to determine if it is definitely a problem with our plugin.
I would appreciate your testing. Unfortunately, I can’t replicate the problem and test it myself.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask me.
Kind regards,
Hi @nataliactivex,
thank you for additional information. Since we do not reproduce this error in our test environment, I will be grateful for testing the mechanism on the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
It will allow us to rule out a possible conflict with the currently used theme.
Please install and enable Storefront and see if the problem persists. Storefront Theme can be installed from the admin panel:
Appearance> Themes> Add NewIf you have any additional questions, feel free to ask me.

Hi @nataliactivex,
thank you for contacting us. We need more detailed information about your store to find and replicate the issue.
Can you send us the following data?
– WooCommerce plugin version
– WordPress version
– your theme
– link to your storeAll that information will help us to check the issue and respond faster.
Kind regards,
Hi @ornibacom,
thank you for contacting us. Based on the materials that you send, I don’t think that your issue is related to our plugin. Table Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce by Flexible Shipping plugin does not affect the way orders are placed. As for shipping zones, it fully relies on the WooCommerce solution.
When you entered the “V0A 1111 23232 454354” zip code, WooCommerce matched the “Locations not covered by your other zones” and offered the Free shipping that is a default WooCommerce shipping method. With the correct zip code, you have the Remote Area Delivery shipping method that works correctly. I recommend to contact WooCommerce support with your issue.
If you have additional questions to this thread – please reply.
Kind regards,
BartHi @darrenfedorak,
thank you for contacting us. I think that I have found the issue.
In the “Wholesale Okanagan Shipping” method, the Show only for logged in users is enabled (you’ll find it in the Advanced Options just over the Shipping Cost Calculations Table).
I think that on the Wholesale site you are not logged in – Login button is available in the main menu next to the cart icon. In this case, the shipping method will not be visible.
Please check if the method displays correctly after logging in. I hope it will solve the issue.
If you have any additional questions, we are happy to help.

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Flexible Shipping For FedExHi @aboveallmedia, thank you for contacting us.
Flexible Shipping For FedEx uses currently the global shipping method. It means that once it is activated it will display the shipping live rates for all the products within all the shipping zones, so there is no need to add the FedEx shipping methods within the zones the standard way.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there is something more I can help you with.

Hello @joyryde ,
The Handling Fee feature is available on the PRO version of our plugin. Unfortunately, the rule of this forum is that we cannot discuss here the PRO features.
Please contact us directly at https://flexibleshipping.com/support/
Best regards,
BartHi @ifnoob,
unfortunately, it won’t be possible with our plugin (both free and PRO version).
Nevertheless, it sounds like a really useful feature to implement in the one of the upcoming updates.
I’ve already put it on our features requests list, and we will save this idea for future developments. I’ve also added you to the list of the people interested in such feature, so you’ll be notified as soon as the update containing this option is released.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there is something more I can help you with.
Kind regards,
Bart

In reply to: [UPS Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates and Access Point] Wrong ratesAs we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
Hi @dazman88,
Yes, there is a workaround which should do the job in your case, however, setting it up will require using the PRO version of our DHL Express plugin in combination with one of the supported currency switchers.
You can find more information in our documentation: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/931-dhl-express-multi-currency-support
