In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] Conflict with WooCommerceTl;dr in English: the plug-in has issues with WooCommerce – which will be fixed in the near future.

Ha Victor50g,
Bart

In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] Is this plugin supported? It is, but I’m not putting quite a lot of work in it. I know it has some issues regarding MultiSite installments, or compatibility with certain frameworks. And I also have a few things on my wishlist for ongoing improvements.
Do you encounter specific issues? I’m happy to look into it.

In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] Bah'…Hi Doctor Psyringe,
Dangit! Sorry to hear it. There are a few reasons why this can fail; but the main thing, it shouldn’t break your install. Thanks for adding the WooCommerce-info: when something fails, it’s good to know the situation in which it fails.
I’ll try to find some time to improve exception handling. I’ll keep you posted: giving this is not my day job, it can take a little while as you might’ve noticed.
Thanks,Bart

In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] Crashes edit articleHi Trebly,
Sorry to hear that! Little sidenote: I recently found out that it doesn’t play nice with WordPress in Multisite-mode, as well as the WooCommerce-framework. I’ll have to look in to that.
Could you tell me what theme you run, and what kind of plugins you run?
Thanks,Bart

In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] Simple but very productiveThanks, Trebly!
Today I was thinking “hmm, how usefull is this interface with a lot of shortcodes?” And only then I’ve read your case:-)I can think of something, like an autocomplete searchbox? Think that’ll help, right?

In reply to: embedded tweets in French instead of Dutch, why?Your HTMLtag has lang nl-NL in stead of nl_NL (note the difference:-))
As it says in Jan’s quoted text: you can set the lang attribute on your embedcode as well (<a lang=”nl_NL” class=”…)

In reply to: [Shortcode Reference] [Plugin: Shortcode Reference] Truncated textI was overenthousiast when typing. It’s 151 characters in stead of the max 150 ?? Fixed it, and also finished that sentence ??
Thanks for noticing!
Hey Dandv,
At the mOover site, I only see commercial versions of the plugin. Is there a free version of the plugin to test? They’ll most probably have a slightly different way of declaring their shortcodes, I want to look into that. Thank you!
Cheers,
BartHey Erbrown777,
It’s been a while since you’ve posted this suggestion, and I’ve just looked into it. First of all, that plugin you’re using looks pretty nifty! And I see why you’ll need a plugin like the shortcode reference there.
From version 0.3, my plugin supports all custom post types in your installation. Hope you’ll enjoy!Thank you for the suggestion,
BartHi Stephanie,
The new version was just released. Thanks again!
Bart
Hey Clifford,
I just committed a new version, fixing this issue. I did not use the proposed fix since it wasn’t implemented completely, but I managed to solve this problem in a more consistent way.
Thank you for reporting it!
Cheers,
BartYup, those are the ones. And for some reason they work now. I guess I took a course in copy-pasting URLs…
I’ve installed the mb.YTplayer-plugin as well, I’ll have a go at fixing it this weekend.Hey Clifford,
Thanks, I’ll have a look at the code. Unfortunately, your screenshots don’t seem to work anymore, can you repost them so I can have a look at the original problem? Thanks!
Bart
Hey Stephanie,
Thanks for this! I’ll be fixing another thing pretty soon, and I’ll include your solution in an upcoming version (expect it somewhere next week).
Cheers,
BartThat worked, I’ve committed it.
Thanks, kwikone!
