I should note that I’m using WordPress 3.5, not 3.4 as stated in my review. Everything works fine in 3.5.
I’m using your plugin for an e-commerce website with over 2000 posters for sale. Each poster has a single post template with a large uncropped image. Because posters all have different sizes and orientations (landscape, portait) I have to make custom crops for each and every poster’s thumbnail. I show all products on a tight grid with every poster thumbnail having the same size. Hence the need for custom cropped thumbnails because the automatic cropping of WordPress doesn’t always crop the nicest and most selling aspect of each poster.
Thanks anyway for the great work. Your plugin saves a lot of work because otherwise I would have to tell the client to make 2000+ cropped thumbnails their selves in Photoshop and reupload and reattach all of them…
