Hi @buck602,
Thank you for reaching out,
Checking with the same album and gallery hierarchy you mentioned, the gallery displays the image fine on my setup at the end. So it doesn’t seem to be an issue appearing from NextGEN Gallery.
I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.
Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Gallery Plugin for WordPress - Envira Photo Gallery] license keyHi @reksu,
We’d be happy to help!
It seems that you are using the paid version of Envira Gallery. If you have an active license subscription with us,?could you please submit a support ticket through the?Envira Gallery account dashboard?when you have a chance?
For more context, www.remarpro.com’s goal is to ensure that paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones that can give it.?
The www.remarpro.com forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!

Hi @freggel78,
Thanks for reaching back,
I just wanted to clarify that the messages you sent are not related to NextGEN Gallery. The errors point to core WordPress files (
functions.
php). Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Deactivate Plugins:?Temporarily deactivate all plugins. This will help isolate the plugin causing the conflict.
- Update WordPress:?Ensure your WordPress installation is up-to-date. Outdated versions can sometimes lead to compatibility issues.
You can also request that your hosting provider restore your website from an existing backup on the server. They can also help you identify the root cause of the issue.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks!
Hi @wp24zig,
Thank you for reaching out,
Currently, we do not have the option to display the gallery titles with NextGEN Gallery. I do agree it would be super helpful, though. I will add your feature request to our list of requests for it.
I apologize that we can’t provide what you’re looking for right now, but I appreciate the suggestion and any other details you may be able to provide! It’s always helpful to get insights from our users.
Could you please let me know if you have any other questions?
Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out,
There isn’t a direct option in the settings to disable
envira_usage_tracking_cron
however you can use the third-party plugin to disable it.Please follow the steps below:
- Install the WP Crontrol plugin
- Go to Tools > Cron Events.
- Search for
envira_usage_tracking_cron
. - Click Delete to remove it.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks!
