Admin please add this the main insulation instructions:

Create a new page for your forum to display on and add the shortcode [forum] at this page. Save your page.

Add this page to your menu and you can access your forum.

We used a backup and restored an older version of Word press, the problem does not appear any longer, however we need advice on how to resolve this issue before updating word press again.
