My entire NextGEN broke today.

Now, I’m not sure if it was NextGEN’s update or the JetPack UPdate.

I reloaded both of the older plug-ins for JetPack and NextGEN but nothing.

I replaced only the new JetPack and then the new NextGEN but nothing. I’ve tried every combination I can but nothing. I was using the masonry galleries.

Now my all of galleries are screwed and will not work.

The last time NextGen broke it was down for four months before it started working again. How long will it be this time?

In the end I have canceled my recurring membership for NextGEN Pro.

It doesn’t work and I can’t update because of an issue with the updating process.

The staff and support on NextGEN’s side have been very understanding and great. I thank them for that. The plugin itself however has been a frustrating waste of time and money.

I really was looking forward to using this plugin. In the end however I’ve decided to not renew my membership. If they get things working then I might change my mind and try it again but who knows at this point. Right now it’s broken and been a complete waste in income that never worked once.

Thanks Malycom, and I’ll do the same. I just now went back and installed an older version of NextGen but it apparently wasn’t wasn’t compatible with my version of Pro.

\Two weeks and counting since I ordered NexGen Pro. I had big plans for it but now I’d really would like to use it at least once.

Well, looks like I will be writing a blog post about how NextGen Took my $39.00 and gave me nothing in return.

Seem to be the very least I can do for all the help they have given me.
