I upgraded today and received the same error message. However I had to repair well beyond just the options table.
Booke, there was another thread regarding the master list where the staff noted they unsurpressed all the warnings. This was because the warnings indicate there is a problem that needs to be fixed.
The error went away and came back when I turned it back on. Adding a tag for the W3 Total Cache folks, I’m not sure if rnse is running that plugin, but it was definitely a producer for this issue for me.
I too am having this exact same issue. Searching elsewhere on google yielded other pages who’ve had this issue over time but no resolution information.
It appears the page load times for this user are also much longer.
