Hi Rob,
I don’t really understand what is your issue, since this plugins works only with .htaccess when apache webserver is being used, or if other webserver is used, this plugin blocks the connection even before W3 Total Cache can cache any request.

If the above explanation didn’t make sense for you, please, give more details in order to investigate further.

Hi Shannon,

this plugin doesn’t remove the revisions that already exist in your posts.
It just limits how many revisions your WordPress saves, so if you already have 100 revisions, you will need first to remove them, manually or using another plugin.

Sorry but this is totally wrong. You can add any custom site that you want, just put it inside the box on plugin settings page and click on save.

Try it. I guarantee that it will work!

thank you for your comment.

This is happening because these are what it is called ghost referrers, and they cannot be blocked through this method, instead you have to create some filters in your Google Analytics Dashboard or create segments.

Next week I will update the plugin with this new information, and I will explain how to do to that on the plugin it self.

As I thought, your site is able to block these two referrals without problems.

I have been noticing that too on my sites, probably these referrals have found other ways to reach sites.

Can you tell me the URL of your site? I have a tool that can emulate referrals, I will check if these two referrals are being actually blocked or not, but I assume they are…
