Thank you for sharing your solution!
Thank you for your quick responses. I will look forward to the next update that includes this fix.
Thanks again
Hi Rafsun,
Thanks for the response! I am not using the pro version, so I don’t have that option.
I ended up deleting the last approved withdraw request in the dokan admin dash from that particular vendor, and their current balance changed from -$56 to almost the correct amount, but still out by a few cents for some reason?
It seems to be working fine now though after a withdraw request was made and approved and the balance went back to $0. Hopefully as more orders roll in we don’t have the issue again.
Thanks!
Hi Nazmul,
Okay, thank you for your help!
Hi Nazmul,
Thanks so much for pointing me in the general direction ?? I really appreciate it.
I know that you can’t provide the code but I do have one question I’m wondering if you can answer. On the store template (above) there is the action ‘do_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’ );’ – would you be able to tell me why this doesn’t display the sorting dropdown like all the other template files?
Thanks again!!
Thanks for the reply! I’m actually talking about the order notes that the customer inputs upon checkout. Those are included in the main email that is sent to the admin with the main order, but it isn’t included in the sub-order emails to the vendors.
Thanks!
Worked! Thanks again for the great support.
Hi Nazmul,
Thank you so much for your solution!
I actually ended up finding my own solution to this. I registered a new sidebar location and added it to the store.php template file underneath the Dokan sidebars.
Thanks again for the great support.
Hi Nazmul,
Thanks for the response!
Maybe I am not understanding what’s supposed to be happening. I am wanting to show the sidebar from my own theme, including the Dokan Store Location widget. When I enable the “showing store sidebar from your theme” option, I see my own theme sidebar, but not the Dokan store location widget that I added to that sidebar area. When I disable it, I see the location in the sidebar, but not my own theme sidebar.
I would like my own theme sidebar, with the Dokan location widget. Does that make sense?

Unfortunately this breaks my site when I add it to my theme functions.
