In reply to: [Robust User Search] Media Library Items Not Visible to Non-AdminsSorry for the delayed response! I installed the 1.1.1 update and cleared the caches, but it unfortunately didn’t help. I’m still seeing the Confirm Deletion popup window as soon as I open the tool.

Unfortunately, after inactivating the WordFence and Redirection plugins, then clearing the cache in both the site and the WP Engine portal, the problem persists. If no one else reports the issue, my guess is that it’s something specific to our site. I’ll try to find an alternate solution. Thanks, again, for your help!

Now when I open Robust search it immediately pops up a “Confirm Deletion” window, which partially is covering another popup window whose name I cannot see. Clicking either the Cancel or the Delete buttons does nothing. I can’t get rid of the popups, nor do anything with the window underneath. The plugin is now unusable.

Our site is experiencing the same “Invalid Token” error message upon submission of a comment after giving a low rating. It sounds like you were able to resolve the issue for dominic2020 and will be releasing a new version to address it. If this is correct, would you be able to give an update as to when the new version will be released?Thank you for your help.
BarneyWe updated to 1.7.1 and found that while our custom From email address is functioning once again, our custom Reply-To email address is not. Instead, responses are sent back to the custom From email address. Both were working correctly before we updated to 1.7.0.
In case it’s relevant, we’re using Elementor Pro to create our forms.
