In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] A Publishers PageHi Kemory
Thanks for looking at this. I’ll keep experimenting and let you know if I come up with a workable solution. Best wishes.

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] Google star ratingBefore I add a new book, I enable the star rating box on Recencio SETTINGS/COMPONENTS page.
I enter the star value and publish the review.
After publishing the review, I return to the SETTINGS/COMPONENT page and uncheck the star rating box.
The Google search will now return the star value I entered, even though that is not shown on the review.

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] 2 columns and imagine sizemangiaparole May I suggest that you change the image size in the WordPress Image library so all the covers are the same height, (mine are set to 300 pixels)

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] Author URLI don’t know whether this will help, but on my site, I simply added “Author Website” as an extra option in the “store/shop” section of the “Book Purchase Links” on the “components” page.
Wonderful! I’ve found the comments.php and made the change. Thanks for your prompt reply. I still have a bit of tweaking to do to get rid of the “reply” option, but thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

What an excellent example!
Is this the “lightweight sharing extension” you referred to above?

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] Putting reviews on Social Media …1. I’m experimenting with the “Custom User MetaData” just to find out what it will do, so I’ll see what I can do here,
2. I shall look forward to your light-weight social media share!
Thanks for your help again (and again, and yet again.) You honour us with your prompt replies!

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] “Custom User Metadata”I would welcome that idea, but for my site, I would need a preview accept/delete/block button to prevent malicious reviews and obscene comments.
Incidentally, I solved the “Author’s Website” issue by adding another purchase link “Author’s Website” on the component page. (I wish I had thought of that before!”
Also, the “Library” feature is brilliant! I think the “formatting” issue mentioned elsewhere is probably due to the WordPress interface rather than the plugin, as a “refresh” screen quickly corrects it. It happens on my site with one or two columns being out of line.
I also like the “Slider” but would like to see five or six covers displayed in the footer at the same time rather than just the one.
Last, I’d like to see a “recent additions” footer showing the last five or six titles.
Kemory – this is already a great plugin!
