Hi @tatvic,
Thanks again for your elaborated answer and dataslayer extension.
I have given all the necessary information to the developers, so I hope they can resolve the issue now.
I am going to close this topic and thank you very much for everything.
Thanks and regards,
BarkHi @tatvic,
Thanks for reaching out again. The developers are still looking into it, but the issue still persists ??
I have two questions though. We always use the Google Tag Assistant to see if tracking code is implemented and working correctly. I noticed that the Google Tag Assistent does not perceive the ecommerce tracking code on the shopping pages (excluding checkout) that fire hits to Google Analytics.
- So, is that only the case on my website, or does the Tag Assistant never perceive the ecommerce tracking code of your plugin?
- If the Tag Assistent should normally perceive the ecommerce tracking code of your plugin, what does it mean it does not?
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,
BarkHi @tatvic,
Thank you for taking time to look into the matter. I have updated the plugin, but the revenue and transaction data are still not tracked.
3 years ago, coincidentally, I experienced the same problem with another web shop I remember. At that moment, I was using a third party plugin called “Track Code Manager” for the default GA tracking code. Once I disabled the plugin and checked the box “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” in your Enhanced Ecommerce plugin, it suddenly worked. I posted this reply then: Disable Tracking Code Manager plugin
However, currently the GA tracking code is injected directly in the head section of the theme’s template files, so I will have to ask the developers to remove it. I already checked the box “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” in your plugin with the GA tracking code already present in the HEAD section, but that did not work.
I also checked whether the Enhanced Ecommerce Javascript is present/injected after the FOOTER section on the “Thank you page”, and it is there ?? So I have no clue why it does not fire any hits/data to Google Analytics.
Perhaps any Javascript of the theme or other less obvious plugins could be the cause of the interference. I will ask my developers to look into it.
Thank you so far.

Version 5.0.10 has fixed the problem. Thanks!
Hi Hristo,
Did you get my message that the persistent warning bar on mem chache still appears in the latest SG Optimizer version 5.0.8 (even after dismissing it)?
Thanks and regards,
BarkHi Hristo,
I hoped I could give you a better answer, but after updating to version 5.0.8, clearing my cache, dismissing the message and logging out, the message re-appears again as soon as I log in my dashboard.
I don’t know why, but these have been my experiences ??
Thanks and regards,
BarkSame problem here ?? I am using the plugins Autoptimize together with Async Javascript for some script optimizations. Therefore some options of SG Optimizer are redundant, but as the initiator of this thread already noted, the red message keeps on coming back and does not have a ‘dismiss’ button for example. Please fix it.
Thanks and regards.
BarkHaha, Frank from Belgium. Well, this is Bark from the Netherlands ??
I already experienced the effect of what you wrote here above. The thumbs were displayed, but incompletely. So I added
lyte
to the exclusion list and voila problem solved! Thanks!
Hi Frank,
Thank you for helping me with this matter. I have added the two relevant Javascript files to the exclusion list: lyte-min.js, lyte.js
Probably it will be solved now.
Thanks and regards,
BarkHi Frank,
Well, this morning I came across a Javascript error that resulted in a YouTube Lyte thumb not being displayed:
Screenschot of Javascript error
After pressing CTRL + F5 it was gone and the thumb appeared.
I hope you can say smt meaningful about it ??
Thanks and regards,
BarkGood idea Frank! As soon as I have more info, I’ll get back to this forum.

In reply to: [GR Progress Widget] Any option to create scalable images?Hi Chris,
I can understand that your time is limited, especially when it comes down to changing the script of a free plugin.
To create an additional option in your plugin is one idea, another idea I have is only changing the URL that imports the default book covers into ones with smaller dimensions in the current plugin. In this case the small and large option still scales the book cover image, but relatively less than the current situaties.
My current four displayed books with option ‘small’ enabled:
– 318x414px –> scaled down to 31x39px
– 302x475px –> scaled down to 31x47px
– 297x475px –> idem to 31x48px
– 296x475px –> idem to 31x48pxWhen I enable the ‘large’ option, my book covers are displayed max with an 73px width. This would imply that imported book covers with an max width of 100px would do the job, which would yield a 80-90% reduction in file size compared to the current ones ??
Anyway, this is just a suggestion and I already appreciate the effort you have put in.
Thanks!
Groetjes uit Nederland ??
For everybody that has lacking funnel data in Google Analytics. Just add the above three labels in Google Aanalytics –> admin –> eCommerce AND use the included option of the plugin to use their Universal-script. See WooCommerce –> Settings –> Integration.
I found out that my 3rd party Universal-script apparently does not work together optimally with the plugin’s Enhance eCommerce script. So just let the plugin do all the work ??
