No, I don’t mean the “featured image” option.

I mean, if there is a possibilitity, to display automatically the generated JPEG image of the PDF download file. If I check the download folder of the PDF file, there some JPG’s automatically generated, which I would like to use as a preview of each PDF file.

RESOLVED – Found the reason!

It was a theme thing…

add_filter( ‘wp_mail_content_type’, … was used in the theme and set to “text/plain”.

I can confirm this – ACF field type “group” is not working, see my post here.

Adding fieldgroups via syntax {field:parentfieldnameofgroup} ends up in an “503 Service Unavailable” error. ??

Sooo, it’s definitely the field groups causing this issue… ??

But how do I get the values of field groups submitted correctly if {field:fieldgroup} does end in a 503 error?

I’ lost right now… any idea?

I guess I found the problem causing my issue:

I have several field groups in my form:

{field:field1}
{field:field2}
{field:field3}
{field:fieldgroup}
{field:field4}
{field:fieldgroup}

As soon as I delete the field groups from the content of “Notifications” the email is sent with the content of the single fields.

So, as I understand, I have to go into the field group and use the single fields for the output?

I can confirm this – same issue here.
I guess it’s not compatible with V 4.9

I did also clean up the database via WP-Optimize – maybe this did also do the trick (just guessing). There had been many old option entries.

It was NOT the plugin!
It was some theme problem / bug…

The ticket is #1674 submitted on 21.04.2017

– The issue appears on backend- & front-end login form.
– WooCommerce plugin is installed, but not active

Have you had time to have a look at it?

I tried to cut it down with disabling one plugin after another without success.

At least it looks like I’m not the only one facing this issue.

thank you for your quick answer.

I have disabled all plugins (except SI captcha) on a local mirrored system trying to cut it down, but the problem still remains.

I will send you the URL via support ticket.
