I have just worked out why it happens!!

We are displaying the PayPal button on the product and if a customer selects the product options and then clicks the pay now button rather than add to basket, the problem occurs.

Is this something that you could fix do you think?

Thanks for the reply.

WordPress, Woo and the FPF plugin are all latest versions. There is nothing in common between the emails, it seems quite random. It seems to work more often than not…Have you any other ideas?

Can someone confirm which version of WooCommerce has the issue please?

I have a number of sites wanting to upgrade from 7.6.0 to 7.6.1 and won’t update if its 7.6.1 that has the issue.

We’re running CleanTalk on all our sites.

I have this problem too.

With SG Optimizer running you get an error when clicking the paypal button to pay saying:

‘Could not retrieve order’

I’ve had to disable the Optimizer on all my ecommerce sites on my SG hosting.

Thank you – that has fixed the issue.

I have also found the plugin has deactivated on a number of my sites…

Can you help me as well please?

Thanks for the reply. My mistake, I expected to be able to put in my own figures into the shortcode eg 0.3 but now I realise that actually delay1 equals a 0.5 delay.

Sorry to waste your time. It might be nice to be able to add your own values though…?
