By default there is no phone field in WordPress that’s way Pie-Register adds this field in user profile if you don’t want this field to appear into the profile pages simply set it to hidden on profile add form editor.

If you want to add your phone number, you can follow this step Form Editor >> Standard Fields >> HTML and add you Description.

If you want to get user phone number when user register, Please follow this step Form Editor >> Advanced Fields >> Phone and set International or USA Format.
