make complete back up of your main(old) blog.
then copy and replace one by one folder from your new wordpress to old wordpress. look whether it works or not.
you first try with ‘wp-includes’ folder.
I guess the problem will be solved by replacing that folder.
if it doesn’t work then go one by one but avoid these two file
wp-config.php, .htaccess

home/public_html/blog
select all
then right click and copy or move content (which you like)
to this directory home/public_htmlyour blog now shift to main domain.
but aware you should make a complete back up all your public_html directory.

and upload to your new blog.the problem you mentioned also happened with me when i use picasa photo uploader with my two different blogs. anyhow you can authorise by going to your google account dashboard
and then Security>Authorising applications & sites> edit
or simply paste this link after log in
https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hl=en_GBif you find any another website has already Connected ,
click on [ Revoke Access ]you have done

i shifted my blog website to another webhost company without changing anything.
Actually my webhost company(HOSTGATOR.COM) done all jobs for me without any charge. You should subscribe better webhost .
