Yes I tried in the original file and it worked.

The themes I’ve got are:

Twentythirteen, tweentytwelve and catch-evolution. The plugins is fancybox, all in one seo, contact form 7 so far.

I,ve tried that but still nothing it still says this:

You can select an image to be shown at the top of your site by uploading from your computer or choosing from your media library. After selecting an image you will be able to crop it.
Suggested width is 960 pixels. Suggested height is 250 pixels.

Even though I set the size suggestion to 1600x400px, I know that I can change it the original file and it works.
