Hi Champ,
I have provide a lot of information. Can you please help or point me to someone that can help? I have to get this update asap. Our communication has been very slow and I need some feedback today if possible. Everything is activate. The screenshot example shows that. Please help or did I need to contact someone else.

Also, here are screenshots of the Course view from a LP_Instructor user credentials vs Admin user credentials. Although, the LP Instructor has been given permission to access as an admin to view, edit, and delete Courses nothing displays. The attached screenshots are for comparison. Please help. I would appreciate it.

Hello,
I found the issue, I didn’t download Plugin “Members” and Ultimate Members Plugin doesn’t allow admin to update the user role capabilities. But, after downloading, I updated the user capabilities for the LP_Instructor and it still not displaying that information when the user login. Please help see the attached screenshot of the user capabilities that I would like to be functional for the LP_Instructor.

Hi Champ,
I don’t have UM user Capabilities that is accessible on the website. However, I did find the following on documentation (screenshot) on website. How can I access the UM user capabilities in order to update roles? Please advise.

Hello,
That didn’t help, I’m still having issues. Can the same email be used to manage Boldgrid Total Upkeep accounts? I think that’s the issue. I’m using the same email address for two different websites. Please advise.
