Thanks, for some reason the protected downloads contained on the membership area of the site work ok, but for the downloads contained on the single page limited time access pages [bought without membership, link to page sent in email] don’t work – when clicked they redirect back to the original sales page.
i’ve made a link where you can see this going on:
https://winninghealthsolutions.co.uk/protected-single-page-test/?s2member_sp_access=fnIyOnh6ZWdOcnlvSW1oTHF5dTRpRGw0bVFnOWdkWTRHVWwzOmY5NDI2MThkYTg1YTRlMGMwNjEzZmRhODljYmQxZWEzfIu8QoT511JG1wlGkjlcMQ2PLuwXsYN5cX5i2rE-kNCG4uVDYLWj6h5vNW1hy0bNWZpk8uInUiLpjmAeZ9N-Xnctry to click and download – just redirects you back. is it possible that you troubleshoot this please?? I can also make you an admin login so you are able to see the page if you like.
a note about the url of our site – the site is held under winninghealthsolutions.co.uk/new/ within the root folder, but it shows as just the domain winninghealthsolutions.co.uk – im not sure if this is affecting anything?
thanks – im using s2member secure upload plugin which will suffice for now. ??
i have a question in response – how does one go about protecting downloads which appear on specific paid page access pages? [accessible for a finite amount of hours, without membership]?
i have now done this via the Special Redirection URL option, and this fixes the redirect after log in. but the same problem happens when i try to access the account page directly, it just redirects to the membership options page. also, when there is a link on the account page to ‘my profile’, again, clicking just redirects to the membership options page. this is ok for now but will cause issues in the future. is there something that can be troubleshooted or looked into here? thanks for your help
my login information is as follows – its fine for you to use these, there is no actual product yet on my login/welcome page:
Username: emmaburge
Password: Ls7zgb5WNUFuhttps://winninghealthsolutions.com/new/wp-login.php
is it to do with the fact the login address has /new/ in the url, and the website is held under subdirectory /new/, but the site is configured to show up without the /new/????
im really not sure what the problem is here. ??
how would i go about checking that has worked? i looked in source at meta tags, i dont see much hinting at anything working.. maybe if someone could post accurate code i can search??
i am getting the same issue.. for a temporary fix could someone paste the correct robots.txt content, so we can create a similar manual robots.txt file?
