I am hopping to go back to the client with a solution today, or at least an explanation as to why this may have happened. Is anyone able to shine any light?

thanks for coming back to me.

Sadly I cannot replicate the problem, tried many times prior to launch an had no problems and cant seem to get it to fail again either.

There were a few that managed to get to a pay, they received a receipt from PayPay too but were not published on the site.

I will use one example and supply you with the log data and maybe you can see something in there that I don’t understand.

The Status is Failed, but i have a copy of PayPal confirmation.

2013-08-30 13:20:03 Received payment result for 77135174E8773591B but status has not changed.
2013-08-30 13:20:47 Payment result for 77135174E8773591B.
2013-08-30 13:20:47 Attendee status has been changed to failed
2013-08-30 13:26:39 Payment result for 77135174E8773591B.
2013-08-30 13:26:39 Received payment result for 77135174E8773591B but status has not changed.

Thanks so much for your quick response. Is it easy for me to manually style tables. I’m not familiar with this level of modification?

I am trying to use <td class=”tix-column-quantity” style=”text-align: center; padding-left: 50px;”> but cant seem to get it to work. But its possible that I am not even close with this code?
